Two artists who share a preference for pure painting are presenting their works in our gallery in September and during the first half of October 2016. Both are from Carinthia and graduated from the University of Applied Arts in Vienna. They are also close friends. Rudolfine P. Rossmann lives and works in Vienna, while Michael Kravagna, who is related to the Peter Krawagna family of artists, is based in Saint-Séverin, Belgium. The artists’ rigorously reduced painting requires a special technique, which each of them has individually developed. Rossmann’s and Kravagna’s respective signatures are immediately recognizable. Comparing their subtly developed stylistics, spaced only a few meters apart from one another, becomes an experience. Come and see …
